My name is Dwight, and I started Red Pine in 2024 as a way to channel my
passion for the outdoors. As a kid, I learned to appreciate the connection of gathering
around a campfire. These products are an extension of my love for the outdoors and an
opportunity to extend the storytelling and friendship to your firepit. As a customer,

A Service Inspired Name

Red Pine Outpost: Red Pine honors the significance of the trees planted by
the CCC in the 1930s (it's the most dominant species in Michigan’s Huron-Manistee National
Forest). “Outpost” signifies the first line of a defensive perimeter—"outside the wire"—and
that is what our Veterans sign on the dotted line to do on behalf of the USA. I had the
pleasure of serving in the Marines for 8 years.
